Pharmacy Lorentzplein

This is an old fashioned pharmacy where all products are behind the counter. Everything is in a very tiny and confined space. This means other customers will hear you requesting items and look you in the eye while the pharmacist tells you the instructions for using the medication. There is no customer privacy here. Service is quick but they don’t stock a lot of products. I was looking for clear bandaids but they did not have them. They were able to provide a laxative on the spot and inform me of it’s possible side effects.

Strange pharmacist there, can't work with computer and takes way too long in tight space especially with covid nearby ...

Very friendly! Always super helped. I live in Voorburg but I don't want to change pharmacies because of the good service of the staff.

By coincidence came into conversation with the pharmacist during a neighborhood party. I had a question about the delivery of an epipen that another pharmacy could not deliver "because of problems with the supplier" However, pharmacist A. Sewratan advised me to come by Monday - today - maybe there was an epipen in stock. There was, and more the pharmacist had also called the supplier for information about any difficulties in delivery - there were none. So and thinking along, and actively looking for a solution for a client at another pharmacy. Top service and that gives confidence but also a good feeling. For those who need the epipen and can use it immediately, it can be a matter of life or death. That cannot wait for weeks ..... I am very grateful to this pharmacist.
