To be honest, I don't expect everybody to be speak english but sometimes how people treat you, they say direct, but for me can come accross as rudeness... had a few sad situations at this place. Didnt feel welcome and sometimes i would try to get a medication 5 min before its closing, no way, no system or pc off already.. Gladly I am healthy at the moment. But i would tell them to actually consider prioratizing customer service.

Extremely long waiting ligne , unfriendly staff , no privacy and no matter what I ask they never have it in stock ... Who the hell on earth do not have contraceptive pills in stock? so I waited 40 min for talking to them for 10 sec and have to come back to pick up my medication in their machine ...

Rude and unhelpful service. Had to wait 45 minutes to be served, and the prescription was not even in stock after multiple visits.

Fast service, but sometimes with a queue

Gewoon slecht. Je betaald zoveel premie. Heb meerdere keren voor niks bij de medicijnen automaat gestaan. Zijn ze mijn recept weer kwijt. Niemand weet wat.
