What happened to me: I recently received a prescription for 1 EPIPEN (injection pen). Then I received 2 injection pens from another pharmacy from JEXT (injection pens) with a delivery note that this medicine must be stored in the refrigerator !! ! I took these injection pens out of a black letterbox, it is outside, at that moment in the burning sun. The injection pens have been in the letterbox for a few hours. This is already clearly contradictory. I have always had the EPIPEN injection pen and was amazed that I had received something else. Time for a call: * that the injection pens (liquid) had been in the burning sun, that wouldn't hurt (the delivery note clearly stated that it should be kept in the refrigerator) * that I had 2 (JEXT) injection pens ((about € 90) delivered due to a changed policy. I ordered 1 injection pen and why are 2 delivered? I was told suppose one injection pen would not work then I had one still 1 on spare I have another EPIPEN injection pen at home so there was no need to deliver 2 injection pens .. Agreed in consultation that I could return 1 JEXT injection pen, I did this. * The shelf life of these JEXT injection pens was until Dec. 2020. I asked for an injection pen with a longer expiration date. What sketches my surprise? An EPI injection pen (expiration date Oct. 2021) was placed on the counter. This (EPIPEN) was no longer there ??????? Then the pharmacist himself came to the counter, explaining ... last in, first out in other words, the old one had to give up first. So what was on the delivery note is not true at all. The EPIPEN injection pen can therefore simply be delivered! In short, this pharmacist CARES very well for himself. I give it 1 star, preferably none! I will certainly not recommend this pharmacy to others!
