The people who give a 1 or 2 here certainly think they are the only customers !!! NOT SO. Customers are constantly arriving. So a lot of work for them in terms of rental. If you want to rent a bike take the trouble and email a week in advance. I sent another email 2 days before arrival. On the day I was there everything went smoothly and the owner remembered my name. So easy.

Booked weeks ago and had email contact because we wanted 2 large bikes. Last Monday we arrived at 5.10 pm. Could be easy, because Google said they were open until 6:30 PM and their site said until 7:00 PM. The lady who just wanted to close the door said very cheerfully that she could not help us anymore because because of Corona this company would close at 5 pm. Fine, if they would mention that elsewhere instead of just on the door. She really didn't want to help us anymore. Very unfriendly she told again that she could no longer help us and went on to close the building. So we literally and figuratively stood before a closed door. Nice if people think along with you. In the end, we rented bicycles from Vlissingen bicycle rental, which were "open due to Corona" until 8 p.m. Top service.

I have rented a bike here before and have always been satisfied. However, the negative reactions here made me a bit wary. This fear was completely unjustified !!! As always I am friendly and well helped and I had a great bike on which it was wonderful to cycle for 77 km. Without my asking, the saddle was put down and the chain lock was properly hung so that it didn't rattle. I therefore only have positive experiences here. Next year I will come back here to rent a bike.
