Everyone experiences your bike breaks, not completely new or just out of warranty. The manufacturer then adheres to "no more warranty", but all employees of this top bicycle repairer will do everything they can to conjure up a nice solution for the customer. A flat tire on a late summer Saturday afternoon: within an hour Roose had put on a new tire. This way we could cycle for a few more hours. Super service!
