The Giant Store Utrecht was a great place to work with! I was looking for the Giant Roam2 and called all over The Netherlands for it, even visited the store in Eindhoven which had sold out. Utrecht had the last one left and after my call held it for me over night. When my daughter and I went to check it out they were so helpful, professional and kind. I would always highly recommend Giant Store Utrecht. Like I said, they were wonderful and sold us a great bike my daughter loves!

If you don't mind paying a LOT for having your bike fixed, and having to wait quite a lot, it's ok. If you have the opportunity go somewhere else.

Het was even wachten, maar na 4,5 maand kwam eindelijk bericht dat mijn nieuwe fiets geleverd kon worden. En het wachten was de moeite waard. Ik rij nu met veel plezier op mijn Anytour CS 1. Een mooie lichte fiets die soepel rijdt. Door de V-snaar ipv van een ketting en de gesloten versnellingsnaaf is er weinig onderhoud.
