I had placed an order in the webshop before 11 p.m. Then the other day I received an email that an item was not immediately available. I called Futurumshop. There I was well helped. The item that was not available was removed from the order list and another item instead put in the box and was neatly delivered the other day by a courier. I received an email from Futurumshop that I received a refund because the item was cheaper. Within 4 days the money was back in my bank account. Good service and keep their appointment

Was very dissatisfied; buy in Nov 2018 a pair of Continental Grand Prix 4 Season Duraskin Folding tire tires for commuter bike. After having cycled 2600 km in 13 months, both tires were torn all around between the sidewall and the tread. FuturumShop has now offered to deliver a tire for free out of leniency. Have peace with this. What remains is my question how this could have arisen.
