Along with a bike I bought in this shop I also got "offered" a new lock... Too bad the key was already stuck in it and I didn't check before if everything was ok with it before leaving the shop. Just saying...

I have had my bike repaired here a few times, and usually the service is good. Once, after having some spokes replaced, the back wheel was a little tight, but otherwise fine. BIG PLUS POINT: The leenfiets (replacement bike, courtesy bike) which you can use for free while they are repairing your bike.

I bought a chain lock here. A few months later the key chamber rusted firm. When I took it back to the store, they first tried to fix it, then gave me a free new replacement. It was quite unexpected, given my experience from (most) other bicycle stores in Utrecht. This is one I'll return to.
