Shop assistants were very experienced and helpful. In less than 10 minutes I got my item fitted and ready to go. This shop is also Brompton specialist.
I brought my bike in to order a piece for it, the salesman took my bike apart (which I didn't ask for but OK) then said he wasn't able to find the right size and wanted to charge me to put the bike back together again because he "already spent a lot of time on it". I still can't believe the psychology behind this disgusting sales tactics.
Just got a flat tire repaired there. It was expensive, about twice as much as I have ever paid for a flat tire, after seven years in the Netherlands. I complained about this, but they simply said that their charge (28 euro) was reasonable. As I was taking it out, I immediately noticed that they didn't even inflate the tire properly. After taking it home, I noticed that the tire wasn't aligned properly (making friction with my slot lock). I will never go back to this repair shop.
Nice assortment but the owner is somewhat dubious, he ordered a huge crate in my name that he kept for himself and gave me an old one instead. Promises more than delivers.
Took my bike here for a regular maintenance and was surprised by the bill: 75 euro. I previously paid 30 euro for the same service in Amsterdam. Expensive!
