Got good advice on the bike. Bicycle is also fine. Except that it now appears that in a few months the brake pads are already completely worn out and replacement costs € 70. So feel free to add extra visits to the workshop and about € 100 per year to the purchase price if it is a bicycle with 'normal' brake pads. I called 3x today, 2x I got the workshop in Utrecht directly on the line, 1x a central. That exchange would arrange that I would receive an answer to my question by email; never received. My bike was supposed to be ready today, but when I called me late this afternoon, it turned out that they didn't have it ready until tomorrow. Little mixed feelings about this service ...

Super nice shop, Nice staff and help with all the expertise that entails. Good quality stuff and you can talk about everything. Lennart you helped me very well and I am happy with the steamer!

Unfortunately necessary to schedule maintenance well in advance. After weeks of waiting we could finally bring our bike. Already indicated when making the appointment that certain parts of the standard had to be replaced. Immediately brought the bike at 10.00 in the morning and asked when it would be ready. It was confirmed that this would be the same day. When asked for an update by 3 p.m., it turned out that they had not started on the bike yet and the chance that the bike would be ready the same day was very small. Very unpleasant that this has not been communicated proactively. Picked up the bike the next day. Now it turned out that the complaint about the standard had not been resolved. Employee told that the parts were not there. This was also not communicated in advance. In addition, very sloppy because JUIZZ had weeks to order the parts (time between making the appointment at which the problem has already been communicated, and the maintenance). Because the person with ultimate responsibility for the workshop was not present, I was asked to send an email. In the meantime a number of reminders and 2 weeks later there is still no response and solution! Hard to reach by phone in JUIZZ. In short; poor communication, halfway work, agreements not kept and long waiting times. EDIT; 7 weeks later and still nothing has happened to my complaint.
