I looked for a bike for months and took me minutes to find a bike here. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Great service and bike selection. Totally recommend!
Overall a 5 star plus service. I was looking for an electric bike and Cem helped me find the best one for me. He was very helpful and spoke to me through everything. I would highly recommend this store, there were many bikes to choose from. Thanks again to Cem
I bought a new bike last summer and have been there twice so far, once for the service and, recently, because I had a flat tire. Both times they have been really kind and helpful, and they even changed the cables of my gears twice as they were a bit stuck and not working properly. Nothing to complain about, on the contrary, very satisfied with their service!
Great shop with many options. The staff is helpful and the prices are all right considering other shops in Utrecht.
