Friendly and very knowledgeable service! Great range of quality products. Fitment of accessories quick and professional. Bit pricy though.
Bought a 700€ bike through website, after I confirmed multiple times it was in stock (by staff, by website). After weeks waiting for the bike to arrive, I called them, again and again. "We don't know where your bike is". After fifth time I called I got the answer. "We don't sell that bike anymore. If you want you wait 4 more months for the newer model."
Impressive choice of bikes and really good, professional and nice service!
So it is also possible: a service at home for the electric bicycle purchased here this spring. De Meern is a bit too far, so the bus / mobile workshop is at the door. It costs a little more, it saves a lot of time and hassle. Checked everything, answered questions, got tips. So great!
Ordering was very easy and the first contact with customer service was very pleasant. Unfortunately, bicycle delivery has been postponed many times. I would be called back every time, but haven't been called yet. Unfortunately no bicycle yet. I think it's a fine thing when it goes well but if there is something wrong with the delivery, they are not adequate with a solution. I understand delays, but I find it very annoying to keep getting promises that are not kept.
