Unfriendly stuff , nothing special , few good bikes ... There are better bike shops in this city ..

Terrible customer service. Came here a year ago to drop off two bikes and was scolded by an irritated and angry employee for not having made an appointment, who after having complained loudly to everyone about my idiocy sent me away. Prior to my visit I had checked the website but nothing of an appointment being necessary was clearly on there. Now of course a bike shop may decide to use appointments if they like, but it is pretty unusual. Most shops have a first come first served method and will just politely tell you if they can't help you if they're full. Sadly politeness is not something I experienced here. I have no idea about the quality of the services provided, they might be good. You just have to risk getting yelled at first.
