Excellent service! We bought a bicycle for my wife here while she was pregnant, with the intent of using it as a "mama bike". It proved not a good fit work our son on board. They were very helpful in finding a solution and ended up exchanging the bike even though it was over 9 months old (but had been ridden very little). Can't say enough good things about this place!!

We are very disappointed from the repair service. we brought our bakfiets for repair on Tuesday morning and were told it will be done the same day. Only after two days we were told the repair we wanted was done. We came to pick up the bakfiets on Friday and it was not repaired. When we came back they told us this problem was not possible to repair... why would you tell us you did something that you didn't do? and why do we also need to pay for the "work" when you didn't do anything and we waited for three days...

Well, I think that the blame is on me to go for a second time to this place. The first time I took my mountain bike for a general maintenence and they charged me 30 euros. The bike is almost new so I didn't noticed if they actually did something on it. Now I took a second hand bike, they charged me 70 euros, they bike was worst that how I left it, the rear brake was off, it had a sound that it didn't had before, and over everything, the minumim thing that you can ask to do in a maintanence is to fix a flat tire, the two tires were flat in the next couple of hours after I picked it up. If you can look for another bike store do it, I went to this place for the second time because is close to my apartment, next time I rather walk or take the train to take my bikes for maintenance to another place.
