Extremely disappointed. New expensive shoes were returned back with cracks on leather, black fingerprints, in a glue all over the place. Transparent protection on hills was sticked right on top of dust and dirt (taking into account that I brought completely new shoes right out of original package).
Never ever would come back or recommend to anyone. Maybe this place is good enough to fix old sneakers but if you expect professional advise, help with finding suitable materials, to be accurate and you are not ready just to buy another pair of shoes after such “reparation” - better to find another place.
Searching for a little souvenir, one week ago.

sub-par service & craftsmanship: Went for duplication of 2 keys with total cost of 30,- and needed to return to the shop (30 min. drive by bike) TWICE, because the key craftsman didnt do his job properly, misshaping BOTH keys so that they didn't work (" I'm sorry, just come back tomorrow again"). In conclusion: If ur looking for the key to anything in life, dont visit this shop, unless its the key to endless frustration and mediocrity, then this is ur adress.
Really bad service!!
Always ask for the price first, they conned my girlfriend today for two basic/simple keys EUR 18,- My advice please go elsewhere.
