Pharmacy Service Utrecht

Have to wait way too long. They take half an hour per person. I have never experienced this at a pharmacy. There is only one employee present who is also very slow! I have this experience over and over again at this pharmacy. Horrible

Very negative collision today (April 26) with a pharmacy assistant named Esther. Agreed by my doctor that if I experienced any side effects, I should call the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist. When I asked Ms if she is a pharmacist or a pharmacist's assistant, Ms became angry and felt 'attacked'. The conversation took such a negative turn that I ended up hanging up. I don't think this is a service at all and I am unpleasantly surprised by the attitude of this pharmacy assistant.

When you come to buy ibuprofen for your 2 year old daughter, and you ask the assistant if she wants to enter it in pharmacom ..... Answer them with: you are also a pharmacist's assistant you can enter it yourself ..... Wow .......... bizarre.

They are allowed to teach their staff social skills. What a k.t staff arrogant bah
