Nice pharmacy where I am always properly helped. Sometimes it is very busy, but that is partly because many patients want to pick up the prescription from the doctor immediately. That simply takes a little more time than just retrieving repeat medication. Maybe two rows can be made; a row for repeat medication and a row for prescriptions forwarded by the GPs after a consultation. Furthermore, I always helped very nicely with travelers' advice and documents etc. that are needed to be able to travel abroad. People who complain about so-called hidden costs and unsolicited changes in medication may get to know the Dutch system of health insurance and legislation. Pharmacists simply have to charge costs of € 6 / € 7 when they first issue a medicine (so-called "first issue costs"). Some health insurers do not reimburse all types / brands / and quantities of a medicine. Check the reimbursements in your policy! As well as the amount of your deductible. And finally, a pharmacy never "secretly" changes a medication for a more expensive variant to earn extra money. Sometimes the preferred brand is temporarily unavailable (whether or not due to scarcity, legislation and / or policy of health insurers). If a patient still wants to have his medicine, sometimes a more expensive A-brand must be given with (predominantly) the same active substance. This A-brand is sometimes not reimbursed. This is not a pharmacy choice. This is a temporary emergency measure so that the patient can still receive his medication. Would you rather pay something (more) than without medication?

Slowest pharmacy in Western Europe. Treatment, information and accuracy are all right. But creating and processing a recipe is really super slow! Never been this bad. Lots of clicks in the PC and many people behind the counter, but all busy with something else. Then you stand there with kidney stones and pain ....

While reading some of the reviews below, I was slightly surprised at the rather heavy words used after an event or whatever you want to call it. And that without considering other aspects, which is not entirely unimportant. I personally find the staff very friendly and helpful. Last year I came from Amsterdam and in my experience it is often different. I have been there in the last year. visited once a month (sometimes two unfortunately;)). Often had good experiences. For example, I went by 2 months ago because I had experienced major complaints after a brand change of a drug. I was immediately allowed to meet with the lady in charge. We had a conversation about 30 minutes where she was very interested and she took me very seriously. How nice is that when you feel heard! The only thing that I sometimes find annoying is that every now and then brand changes are made without saying. Although that remains a difficult subject because the placebo effect may be enhanced this way. But overall I am very satisfied with this pharmacy!

I wanted to register with this pharmacy to pick up a medicine that I had been using for years. They tried to put on a very expensive, uncovered variant. Fortunately I now knew the medicine, because I had already taken this from a good pharmacy. I immediately turned around. This pharmacy drives customers without costs.
