Pharmacy Deli-Bergema

In my view, the pharmacy is there to help people who need medication. Then it should be from the pharmacy that every customer, who is already satisfied with what he comes for, is treated with some discretion. Unfortunately this message to the staff of this pharmacy has never been conveyed from management and unfortunately the staff themselves are not socially gifted enough to take this into account.

Very bad experience with this pharmacy. Came today to get a simple ointment, there were two employees in the store and no other customers but they didn't come to help me. Had to wait almost 10 minutes while there were no other customers and two pharmacists just walked around .. When another customer came in they first went to help her (she was a young girl, not an invalid). They didn't have the ointment I was looking for, got something else as a replacement - and no explanation how to use it. Never seen such rude pharmacists in my life. I don't think I'll ever buy anything from Deli Bergema again. And I have lived near vit pharmacy for 14 years. It was really humiliating.

Only positive experiences: friendly staff, always correct and careful. There might have been a mistake once, then I got a call, within a minute it turned out nothing was wrong but it was important to check. So take care after the door and they are always willing to think along.

Good pharmacy with more than excellent service. People are helped as a customer and not as a number as many ...... Home delivery no point. Pharmacist Klaassen has a person-oriented approach aimed at the individual, the human being, keep it up!
