Local pharmacy selling prescribed drugs as well as other health and beauty products.

I was supposed to be caller number 5 but after 50 minutes in the queue I still haven't been helped. Besides a huge phone bill I still don't have an answer so I am very dissatisfied. I have the feeling that they don't answer the phone at all and just wait for people to hang up themselves so that they have to do less. Scandalous.

Great pharmacy that likes to think along and even calls back if they think it is necessary.

Very rude treated by this pharmacy. Medications that I never ordered will be charged. Then I am bled off as if I have done everything wrong. But a pharmacy should not charge medicines that have not been issued! With the collection of medicines, it is always a mess here anyway. There is no system in the issue. The medicines lie somewhere random in the white closet instead of tidy in a drawer at a number (as with any other pharmacy I know) Regularly the long search for the medication and I have several times had orders incomplete or that numbers were not correct . I would strongly advise this pharmacy to review their system. The task of a pharmacy is too important to work in this way unstructured. In addition, the customer may be treated a bit more friendly if this gives feedback on the way of working! I have since switched to another pharmacy that is much better ...
