Helpful and cheerful staff.

My experience only extends to getting repeat prescriptions but had no problems with that so far. An email notification that the medicines are ready, when I pass by they will be found in no time. It is a pity that the medicine safe is so small. My medicines do not fit in it, so that I am limited to the very limited opening hours. The opening hours are also limited. Half past eight to five only during the week is actually too tight. An evening or a Saturday morning would have been pleasant. Previously, we always used the Saturday morning at location Terwijde (before LRC opened).

Not always nice. In addition, an average of 7 minutes per telephone call. That is really too long. Furthermore, they are not always as smart in their services.

Safe screen is totally illegible when the sun shines.

Friendly, people think along and during the day it is not that busy at all (certainly not compared to Parkwijk). The 24/7 safe is very handy!
