Medsen pharmacy Dorestede

Today we had to wait half an hour. An old gentleman behind me could not stand for long, so he left him as the second person in the pharmacy so that he could sit. Meanwhile 2 people in the hall and three people waiting outside in the heat. Only 1 person behind the desk. There are 5 others walking around, but no one helps. A search is started for each customer and 100 drawers open. Also waiting because outside the device does not work. They are closed on Saturday, so little choice and just wait. Outrageous, get your logistics in order !!

Recently ordered a repeat for what asthma medications. I have been doing that for about twenty years. After a long wait (can happen of course, but is fairly structural here) it was my turn and I ordered them. Could be picked up three days later. Due to crowds that became a few days later. When we arrived there, however, we were unable to get the medication 'because it was too long ago' that these medicines were ordered. I would need a repeat prescription from the doctor. You will find out if you want to collect the promised medicines. I was not informed about this, and the communication at the desk was exceptionally unfriendly. Explained that this has been happening for years, but got zero on the complaint of a very customer-unfriendly and rigid lady. For me the last time I have been here, there is still much to improve.

15 minutes on hold with 2 waiting in front of me. Then 1 waiting for me, connection suddenly broken "due to crowds I have to call back later". Call again immediately, and I am back at the end of the line with 2 waiting in front of me ...

The staff is super arrogant. Can't think along. Are condescending to the customers. Except Mrs. Schippers, that's a sweetheart.
