As Mr Groen pointed out 7 months ago, the telephone system is still not working properly. When you are on hold you think it is almost your turn after waiting for 5-10min ... You are the next…. and then the voice says "It is very busy, call back later" and the call is disconnected. Almost seems like money is made when people are on hold ..... Too bad that little is done about customer satisfaction

This pharmacy (where I have been coming for years) is slowly slipping into a bad organization, pay attention not a bad pharmacy. The repeat prescriptions are never mastered and if you want to report that you really need medication, there is a band with different choices, but whichever choice you choose, each time that nice voice says something that you have no pocket in and the connection becomes broken. Bad thing !!

I think this is a bad organization. They cannot even credit an invoice for products that have not even been delivered !! They promised to call back, but unfortunately I didn't hear anything. I've been working for months to tear up an invoice they promised. Already a year ago an administrative mess! get a reminder from my health insurance ZEKUR that I have to pay for product that I did not purchase !! Not even worth 1 star !!!! BEWARE Scammers continue to send ghost invoices
