Beautiful products, the sales and after service poor. Slick promises made at the time of sale were not kept and each exchange felt like an inconvenience to the owner. Very little passion for cycling and their customers. Sorry representation for great Dutch products.

Service is really poor. Had a flat tire and he wasn't able to fix it. Although he had a prefect workplace for it. He sold us a tyre fix set and told us to fix our bike outside in the heat. He could tell us perfectly how to fix the tyre but he wasn't able to lend a hand. In the end we were not able to fix it and he could have easily sold and fixed our tyre. In my opinion a bad service and bad salesman.

Good selection of bikes/bike gear but a bit on the pretentious side in terms of customer service and prices.

Fine expert help. Jan Willem really thinks along and comes up with solutions. I never regretted choosing Santos and Pendix, quite the contrary.
