The worker there started (fake) friendly and tried to sell me things that I do not need. As soon as I started to question about why do I need those unwanted things and their price, he started to be extremely arrogant, stopped helping me and asked me to go to some other shop called Beekhoven. Well, lets all go to Beekhoven Fiets then.

Bad service. Staff is unkind. Not even greeted on entry. I wanted to buy a new bike for my daughter and we were not helped. Staff was nice chatting. I don't recommend this shop!

Ze hebben speciaal voor mijn dochter hun best gedaan om een fiets naar hun filiaal te halen, terwijl dit geen afhaal filiaal is. En dat is prima service.

Experience with this Halfords branch is very good so far. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. A few small things that needed to be adjusted to new Vogue Infinity MDS from girlfriend were immediately addressed. After a problem with the communication between battery and display that could not be solved immediately, a new bicycle was immediately offered. No vague stories or hassle. We still have to wait and see whether the Vogue will make it to the finish line (rides fine and beautifully executed, but the installation from the factory seems to have been done with the French battle here and there) but the service is excellent.

Went with my granddaughter to buy a bike. Not a good morning when we arrived, nothing, not even looking at us, there were no other customers in the store. My granddaughter has cycled around on several bikes and we have been inside for over 20 minutes. No one has come to us to ask if we needed help. I just left and bought a bike at another store. Also no goodbye from the employees upon departure. There were 2 or 3 of them! Not really customer friendly.
