It was a special time, the preparation, which my partner fortunately was able to talk about with Anne-Marie herself, the memorial meeting and afterwards. Anne-Marie guided us very pleasantly, with good advice and a personal approach.

Thankfully that on a nice summer day, I was able to prepare a living arrangement on a terrace together with Anne-marie. Something you do not want to think about when you are young but it is wise, since it is important if you want to have everything arranged for your loved one after death. And preferences about how you would like the funeral to be. Annemarie asks the right questions and if you don't know for a moment, she would be happy to help make it understandable and tangible. Talking about death and what you can think about what you want arranged for the next of kin gives a lot of peace. In short, having a disposition made is not an unnecessary luxury, I will say! And I was so happy that I knew Anne-Marie so that I could immediately help a friend, because when a friend suddenly lost her husband, I immediately sent Anne-Marie to her and Anne-Marie immediately picked up the case decisively and professionally. did not feel lost in practical matters. Everything had to be arranged so quickly and so much is already coming your way. Because her husband had died so suddenly and there is so much involved that you do not think about but must be arranged. Therefore always handy to know a funeral supervisor in advance! Thank you Anne-Marie, you are a lifesaver!

We are very grateful to Anne-Marie for everything she has done around my mother's funeral. Her empathy and personal attention to our feelings and wishes were striking. Despite the great sadness, it was a very nice farewell. Many thanks on behalf of the Bouwman family.
