Thanks to the subtle, expert and loving guidance of Madelon and Suzette, my mother's funeral and cremation was saved. Sounds very strange and yet we experience it that way! We thought we had arranged and discussed everything when my mother was still alive. Once the time had come, we entered the world of funeral cowboys. My brother and I immediately had a very bad feeling about this, no empathy, no thinking along with our wishes, we could not visit my mother (or only by appointment and at high costs), not transparent, they were really sorry to arrange our dear mother's funeral. So we "fired" that big funeral club, my brother and I like to arrange a lot ourselves, so we got to work; “If you arrange the location, I'll just google on which box…” But you can't do it yourself, it's too much and too heavy. We received the tip to approach Resilience through via. That same evening Madelon came to our house, she heard everything and immediately she gave us the feeling that it would be all right. She was very open and transparent about the method and how they can help us. She came up with very good ideas, we could still do a lot ourselves and they were subtly in charge, in the background. Very special to experience that two ladies are actually there for you continuously. For example, we arranged a wonderful funeral together. Really very special, never knew it could be like this. We are very grateful to Madelon and Suzette for everything they have done for us. Their expertise (guiding funerals is really a profession!)
