Dear Zielhuis Uitvaart and especially Robert Witlox; Thank you very much for your support and advice in the days after my mother passed away. Your appropriate closing words at the ceremony and your previous research were also very nice. We are all very happy that we chose Zielhuis Uitvaart during these last moments with my mother. Robert, from the first meeting on Sunday morning, shortly after her death, up to and including the well-organized ceremony, we were very pleased that you were our contact. Everyone thought it was a great meeting and very atmospheric.

Arranging Theo's funeral was more than pleasant with the help and support of Wilma den Uijl. She had already spoken to him about his last wishes beforehand, so that he could let go of this in peace and confidence. After his death she came immediately and reassured us because of her knowledge about what had to be done: calling the surgeon, the last care, but especially because of her comforting and warm presence. Wilma was endlessly patient and helpful in arranging all the next steps such as cards, flowers and the funeral ceremony itself. She thought along, was able to answer all questions and, if we did not know, had good ideas. She supported and helped us and gave space to our ideas where necessary. With her practical input, personal approach and comforting presence, we were able to say goodbye to Theo in a wonderful way. Thank you, Wilma!

Now that the dust has settled slightly, I would like to share our experiences during the last phase of life and the day of the farewell with Zielhuis Uitvaart. We made the preparations for the funeral with Wilma in peace and intimacy. Before his death, my brother had already discussed the contours with Wilma and we were therefore able to complete this further. For me it meant that we could realize the best goodbye together. The way in which Wilma met our wishes and thought along with the interpretation gave peace and space. The day itself was very special and now helps to move on. Wilma and her colleagues played an important role in this; care and attention have colored the farewell. The live stream was an invention and very much appreciated by those who followed it. Non-invitees have therefore also been given a picture and this means that we can share the farewell with others more than usual. Also on behalf of my family: THANK YOU!

I am very positive about how Wilma van Zielhuis guided and helped us and how together we were able to make my uncle's funeral a beautiful and dignified farewell. From the moment of death (and before that also when discussing his wishes) she did what was necessary. She was always patient, very precise but also open to our wishes, she helped us to clarify them if we did not know exactly. All the details were reviewed, she had ideas and tips about everything. She acted efficiently and quickly and called in others where necessary. The funeral itself went very well, the other Zielhuis employees remained discreetly in the background. Thanks!!!

When our mother and grandmother passed away, we were accompanied by Caroline. She is a huge support and very involved for us. We needed very few words to express our wishes, partly due to the great click with Caroline. The budget has also been taken into account. It was very nice that we could visit her with the whole family a day later after her death. This even on a Sunday. The conversations, farewell ceremony and contact went very well. If we could give 10 stars you would get these too !! Dear Caroline (and Wilma) thank you very much!
