I would give 0 stars if I could, for the very unfriendly lady on the telephone. I called and before dialling in I could select if I wanted to hear my options in English. I have not lived in the Netherlands for too long and so I selected English. After a waiting for some quite time, a lady took my call and started speaking Dutch to me. I then responded friendly in English, introduced myself and explained what the situation was about. She kept on speaking Dutch, so I assumed she does not speak English too well. Therefore, I asked if she could forward me to someone that speaks English. She then responded in perfect English, that I have to ask her to speak English. I explained to her that I do not speak Dutch and I assumed there was not an issue with speaking English. She then explained, that we live in the Netherlands and if I want someone to speak English I have to ask them to do so. Keep in mind, I was friendly in this call the whole time and I am aware that for some people it might be upsetting if someone speaks English to them in their country. However, you can make me aware of this in a nice way and do not have to discriminate people like this. Therefore, this praxis is a no for me unless something changes in their attitude.

A good place to go if you're not feeling good. They're far from perfect... But no single person is of ill intent. And in the end they've got everything on board to get the job done.

Super happy with my Doctor here. He is very easy going and listens. Don't know if it's true but it sound like he doesn't fit the normal Dutch doctor. As an English speaker they were very accommodating and easy to deal with.
