I have been twice in this apotheek. The staff was very nice on both occasions. The waiting time was just like other pharmacies. I'm happy with them.

Love the robot vending machine outside. Can pick up my medicine 24/7 and never have to wait.

I was one of three people in line and I thought it moved quickly. I didn't realize I had to request a little ticket at the machine before getting in line but I was still seen. Nice woman in the office explained my gel instructions in English, very nice :) Clean space too!

Never had problems with it although sometimes have to wait but not critical. Staff is friendly and helpful. if it is closed, you can ask them to put your medicine in the machine and access it "febo" style. have to say, I'm surprised to see other reviews with very low rating.
