Bought two electric bicycles from the Qwic brand. 1 model was in stock. Delivery was clear. How to handle the bicycle and most importantly, how to handle the battery. Caroline gave clear text and explanation. 2nd model still had to be manufactured. Delivery date was subject to change, but Caroline kept me informed. With an extra effort from "oos" pap, the bike was neatly delivered last Saturday. Caroline, thank you!
