The new boiler was supposed to be installed two weeks ago, in the meantime they have moved the appointment and the old boiler has broken down. She did not want to install a new boiler for the appointment. For more than 5 days in the cold and their super good telephone operators are the pinnacle of professionalism as they simply disconnect when you call.
Bad service though. They promise improvement, we wait.
