Exelent friendly service. 10/10
Great friendly staff.
Went back today with an eyebrow pencil of 2 weeks old, the brush of which was left behind in the cap.
Immediately the saleswoman goes into accusation mode that the pencil must have fallen and she cannot give a new one for it.
I assured her that the pencil certainly did not fall and otherwise the other side with the ultra-thin pencil would certainly have seemed broken.
Unpleasant experience, to be immediately accused.
Normally always nice, friendly saleswomen especially Mona. This saleswoman can still use a complaint handling course.
