Very poor communication about invoices. My 90-year-old father has been awake nights about wrong communication about a bill. Person on the phone was very blunt! Person of the WMO called but was certainly not satisfied with it. My father will certainly not leave it at that. Worthless as Medipoint deals with their clients. Radar has already been informed about it.
