Great historic point! only little downside is that it is a bit dangerous to get there because there is a pretty busy street next to it.

I visited about five Hunebedden near Emmen by walking between them. Many people ride bicycles instead. It is a lovely way to pass the day alone or with friends. This particular Hunebedden was close to a busy road, but had a good vibe. May all visitors respect a burial place of our ancestors.

This is one of the best things i've ever seen. And i've been to the windmills at Kinderdijk so that says slot. The beer is cheap. A great tip from a local guide: look for an apartment nearby with a guy drinking beer on hus balcony. This guy is always and i mean ALWAYS in for a party. He,'s also a master in wordplays like his last one: you and i in a bed? ( he says it with a accent hu n i bed "hunebed" Its something Drents)
