Nice people, helpful staff. They transfer your call whee necessary and give you good advices.

So far so good, I have this insurance for few years and not a single problem. I really appreciate having a part of the website and services in English, it helps internationals a lot!

A student could have discount for his/her insurance but they won't tell you about it. And when you know about it but you are late you just missed it. So why give discount if they don't want anybody to use 😅

they just want to take your money and that's all, when its about compensating, they do their best not to compensate anything!
