I bought 02 bikes for me and my wife last weekend. The delivery was incredible fast because today the bikes arrived here in Belgium. But unfortunately, what arrived were not the bikes I bought, not even the same manufacturer, not even the frame sizes that I asked for: my order was modified by them without any communication or explanation. Still waiting for any kind of reply from their customer service.

I got here a good bike couple of months ago. Few days ago I had a problem, 1 no English at all 2 not friendly 3 he refused to help me even if I have the guarantee I totally DON’T RECOMMEND this shop! Very bad customer service

I bought an e-bike here 3 months ago and I went today for a service you got after 3 months quickly checked bike is like new again I am very satisfied with it and recommend it to everyone.

Heel slecht service... onbeschoft personeel. I had booked a fiets. But he has deliverd to someone Else. Rude workers. Fiets are less qualitative. Please dont waste your money and time

This incompetent seller who sells bicycles giving a guarantee and not repairing factory defects and when asking for repair says that everything is fine and really not good. I do not recommend this store because the seller has no idea about repairing the bike.
