poor and slow!
The service is really good
Despite the fact that health insurance collectively resembles an oligarchy that patient interests and patient well-being must yield to, with health insurance taking over the doctor's seat and thwarting and destroying the valuable / respectable work of doctors, surrounded by an army of call-center agents largely forced or forced to work for the health insurers and are obliged to show a poker face while performing their 'work' (believing in it and proclaiming that they have a 'good job', while they do not even get time to eat properly, let alone to go to the toilet, largely working on temporary / flexible contracts via malicious temporary employment structures etc. etc.), despite all this, it is positive that the employees of the Regentesse pharmacy (and many other pharmacies) do their best to help patients and their wishes respect of the patient.
