In mid-February, we ordered 2 Huyser bicycles from Peter Smit Tweewielers. During the purchase we received pleasant and professional assistance. After a test drive decided to purchase. It was said that the extradition would probably not take place until May. Then came Covid-19 and yes that affected our order. The first bicycle (Damaso) could only be picked up in July, the second (Maleo) arrived about 5 weeks later. (end of August). Although I understand that it was so delayed due to exceptional circumstances, it was quite a downer. Have not been able to cycle on our new bikes almost all summer. Understand that PST could do little about this, however .... the communication about this delay could have been a bit clearer (cq understanding). Only when I was contacted myself I was told that an e-mail had been sent. And well, my e-mail address was unknown ... ???? Unfortunately. Even when I contacted me by phone, I got the idea that I shouldn't ask too much, I would see when the bikes arrived. The above may sound a bit negative, but it is certainly NOT intended !!!!! As far as I am concerned, these are points for improvement, because despite these imperfections, PST gets 4 stars for me. And the bikes are really SUPER !!!!!

Great store. Very good and friendly help. Although we come from Vlaardingen (no Trek dealer there), the service is not a problem. Bicycle is picked up and returned home after service or repair. We like the bike and we are happy with it. Recommended this store.
