Super bad service. Delivered a broken and bad wheelchair that will not be repaired or collected or exchanged. Endlessly connected on the phone without explanation. It is a pity that you are treated like this as a disabled person. You don't feel taken seriously!

I now have 6 children and it took us days to get a breast pump for each child. What a bad service !!!!!! Cupboard to the wall, nobody answers, then closed again and so on! They should be ashamed, care store, mehula!

actually not a star at all, what a bad company. as a customer you are fobbed off with an excuse [it is busy so we have no time now] that you cannot leave and have to see how you get food at home, oh what difference, they have enough to eat themselves , yuck

After 9 (!) Years of takeover, which has become a gigantic WMO supplier, the service and agreement level is dropping to a low. Be wary, warn your Alderman immediately with the WMO portfolio in your municipality if you suspect that you will be taken in your municipality - neatly written - in the "mess" !!
