Not a nice experience. The ladies don't have much patience

I was treated disrespectfully here when I decided to unsubscribe after years of poor service. A number of times the wrong medication was given to my family and if I had a question about the medication or didn't know anything about medication that I should use for the first time, it was done in a particularly unfriendly way. As if I should have known all of that myself. When I called to cancel my order and unsubscribe at the pharmacy, it was difficult to do and I was abruptly pushed away without confirmation that I was deregistered at the pharmacy. A few minutes later, the pharmacy found my mother's phone number and they decided to call her. They want a reason why I leave the pharmacy and cancel everything. When we say that we do not feel comfortable with their service, we are laughed at on the phone and disrespectfully addressed. It is downright unacceptable for a pharmacy that has been badly in the news several times to deal with medicines and customers too unprofessionally.
