Bruna in Heiloo N.Holland Closed on Sundays Wheel-chair access at the entrance. Located in het Loo shopping center next to the Hema and accross the street from ING BANK. It's a shopping Mall with the Albert Heijn, butcher, clothing stores and many shopping conviences. Christmas Times you will find music performances in 'Het loo' Shopping Mall. Bruna- Herenweg 67 in Heiloo there is also one night a week late night shopping. Thursday Or a Friday. JMHDESHI Patrijsakkers 28 in Heiloo Joice MH

Treated like a third class citizen by male staff member seemingly owner or manager. Literally told me to leave the shop as there were more customers to attend to whilst I had one more question for the female staff member who dealt with my query. As a Dutch national living abroad I have never been treated like this in the many countries I visited. Service with a smile and customer satisfaction has long since gone in this Bruna. Next day I visited a Primera shop where my query was professionally handled and served with a smile.

Friendly service but it doesn't have a large collection of books. For your basic stationary needs it's fine.

This store is discriminating. The shop has recently opened for the collection of postal parcels. I received a collection message and wanted to collect my package. At the door is a letter from the shopkeeper that he would like you to order books online at this difficult time. I walk into the store to collect my package. I do not wear a mouth mask and have a medical certificate from my neurologist for this. I am unkindly asked by the owner to wear a mouth mask. I say I have a medical exception and show my card. He says he doesn't care, his wife has COPD and wears a mouth mask all day. I ask how I should get my package. I have to have it delivered at home or I have to let someone else pick up my package. I told him not to ask with this tone if he can be supported by his customers to order his books online. I hope this man goes bankrupt as soon as possible under the current corona measures. Tidy is neat. Such people do not deserve to run their own business.
