They are too polite that is why they do not dare to close the stories of some customers, which can lead to longer waiting times. This is partly due to inexperienced staff. Furthermore, great business.

I collect my medicines in one go and pay triple the administration costs. Every time again. Friends, acquaintances and family do not experience this. VGZ cannot supposedly help (ignorance). In short: depositors!
