the "service" department should close down. You cannot call this a service. rather 'sweeping your own street'. The customer is not listened to. You interrupt several times. The complaint about the product is not read. Above all, we do not think along with the customer. When the product is returned, it will remain for a few weeks. It's just about clearing your own alley. Very sorry. No more Hapro for me.
