I really like the new manager. He was very kind with me and my wife, seeing that he went out of his way to provide us the best service possible. He sold us two bikes and made a special deal just for us!

Dear Sir / Madam Saturday 1-8-2020, I bought a bicycle from your branch in Veenendaal The best seller indicates that I can pick up the bike Tuesday 4-8-2020, That day I want to pick up my bike to my surprise, nothing has been done we agreed to send up saddle after down. The bike was still covered in dust from the store where I expect at least a cloth could have been covered.! This is also indicated at that time, you will be told we are very busy. What does that have to do with delivering a bicycle! In the afternoon I can go back because the switch on the handlebars fails.! The mechanic workshop immediately offered a solution (as it should be). At the same time I ask the seller how do I charge the bike. No battery charger was provided.! I think it is very sloppy of such a famous bicycle business. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When buying the bicycle, an insurance policy would be requested. To date still nothing and no response from Stella via email and when you call your number will be asked and you will be called back. NO the money is in really think it's a K * T company don't buy anything here anymore! very bad Service

Very good help by salesman Juan. He knows a lot about bicycles and therefore sells them with passion. The next bike will also be bought here!
