Cluttered shopping area, parking but far too few

Lots of litter and poorly maintained bins / containers often full with all its consequences, also a lot of nuisance from vagrants / homeless people who bum and beg

Well, some problems with the hang people.

Always a parking drama and medieval looking. Shops that are there are fine, only the Hoogvliet layout is just as medieval as the square itself.
