Medipoint unfortunately has no idea how their suppliers work. And not the other way around either. First drove to Hengelo for nothing and then to Almelo for nothing. Both departments would have the product in stock. In Hengelo they even called Almelo to see if it was present. Yes in stock here. That's not good. Only sales pitches but no insight into either thing they have or not. Only lure that they want to order it for you. Yes I could have.

What bad! Time agreements about bringing and retrieving tools. First appointment was between 14.00 and 16.30. BUT with the fantastic track & trace I would be able to keep track of when you would be around, so that I did not have to sit in a half empty house of my dead aunt the whole afternoon. Well Medipoint! So this does not work for a meter. At a given moment the track & trace indicated 14.35, so drove to the house on that data. However, up to 14.35 I was given a new arrival time of 14.55 until my departure. And this did not happen 1x, but 6 to 7x. As a result, the pick-up service came at 8.15 am and I still had to wait the entire afternoon. Delay? Okay, half an hour, an hour I can also come in, but 4 hours !!!! No, I do not agree with that, at least there could have been a phone call saying that it would be after 17:00 or 18:00. So: track & trace does not work !! Does it seem to me that there are better systems for this? Better communication to customers?
