Unfriendly staff and very unorganised. Always messing up my prescriptions and keeping coming back to check whether they received the medication or not. They agree to call me back to let me know when they get it however hey never do. It's just too unreliable. I made use of their online service hoping it would be better, it was not. I received extra items of expensive medication I did not need, called them to let them know and was asked to go and return them (what's the point of ordering online if I then have to go in person to fix their mistake?!). Once in there another person was at the counter and she refused accepting my return. Overall though, this shows a typical transaction experience at this pharmacy, it is never a straightforward service for you to pick up the medication. Also the waiting time is always a given. Hated this place!

The uninterested attitude of the (most) staff and the unfriendly treatment (always getting the feeling that you are "disturbing" while you come to get a necessary order ...) made a visit to this pharmacy always an annoying activity. However, the size was full when the pharmacy made a mistake and my medication went to someone else in the street and the pharmacy employee thought it was our fault / problem ... because we happen to have a surname that is similar. Hello pharmacy: medication monitoring is really more than relying on last name! Checking on date of birth, ever heard of it? Really ridiculous. Now it was a simple ointment but it is carelessness that really should not occur. And the response from the pharmacy was absolutely below par and very unprofessional. We left immediately at this quenched and arrogant pharmacy.

Very slow service always long lines even though there are 2 people waiting for half an hour I would choose another pharmacy

Kudos to the employees of pharmacy Klinkhamer! Good friendly service even in this corona time! Medication brought neatly. And always take the time for a clear explanation or advice. My heartfelt thanks

Come from the former pharmacy H'lem South-West Faradaystraat. No idea why it stopped and despite the fact that there is something everywhere, we can speak of a friendly and smooth pharmacy. This is in contrast to the Klinkhamer pharmacy, where you sometimes see up to six staff members walking around, but you still have long waiting times and rows of visitors, due to the seemingly chaotic management. I have never experienced such a slow treatment and the new pharmacy Haarlem South West does not look inviting due to the necessary reactions. So I just let it rest before I make a new decision.
