I visited this place as a part of a walking tour. The courtyard is clean and beautiful and once you're in the complex, you'll feel a sense of calmness. I believe that it includes Amsterdam's oldest surviving house dating back from the early 1400s (please, correct me if I'm wrong). It's interesting that the waiting list to live in this area is so long. Thanks to the single women residents, for letting us visit your home.

The Square is next to English Reformed Church, was great to know about the historic importance of this church

I'd really like to rate the Begijnhof because my mom war absolutely enthusiastic about it. Unfortunately, it was closed due to corona. What a pity... 😢

Peaceful, inner courtyard, with a Chapel and church inside. Free but look carefully for the door or the side entrance. Helps understand part of Amsterdam's history.

Unique little place, hidden gem. Nothing like it in the UK, so found the information boards really interesting to read. Very peaceful place, beautiful little chapel.
