Very professional pharmacy and medical practitioners office located in the same facility with convenient online patient portal for making appointments, once your are registered with the practice as per Dutch law. Friendly staff and no more that 10 minutes wait time, if any. There is even a pathology service on-site Wednesday mornings!

The personal seems not very educated. I went there right after the doctor visit to buy the medicine. The woman was there but didn’t come until I kindly call her. Then she said that she has only one pack of 4. And to come after. Any my questions was like bothering her and after all she said to me “ anyway go to other pharmacy and buy there your 3 missing pack. Anyway no prescription needed. And she left. What???... unbelievable

Be careful. I was very happy to see an apothek in Zuidas, where I live. But I will never go there again. I bought my prescription written by huisarts. I paid less than 1 euro for the medicine and about 14 Euro for the advice of the apotheek. First of all, I did not ask an advice, secondly whatever she told me about the pill ( a strong pain killer by the way), lasted about 1 minute which can not be counted as an advice. This is the first time I received an invoice from an apotheek in 12 years in NL. They defend themselves as if this is their right by law to charge advice invoice, obviously none of the other apotheeks has done it. Well I understand rent is expensive in Zuidas, but this is not the right way to earn your rent. At least you lost a customer, who knows maybe more. Reply to the response of the apotheek: before I post this review, I had visited you. I got the same response.

On 17/09/2019, 45 minutes at the phone and I am still waiting for someone to answer the call and book a medical appointment. Not to be able to make a medical appointment is a major issue. I will try and call again later.
