I had went Thursday for my medicine and they told me come the following day in the morning. Okay good I did and she told me it wouldn’t be ready till in the afternoon around 2pm and I will recieved a msg when I could pick it up. She also stated that if I can’t make it I could come the Saturday which is today. I’m disappointed because I have to travel on the Monday. Which I have to cancel my trip in the morning to go in the afternoon because I need the medicine. This is unacceptable. Monday morning I will be coming for it and I hope I don’t have excuses. You guys have to do better than that. Seriously!!!!!

Today, Saturday, I went to this pharmacy with the intention of buying some healing plasters and bandages (one of the last two pharmacies open in town at that time). Just for the records, I have an open wound due to a deep skin burn, something not really negligible. After looking at my prescription, the lady at the front desk told me that her boss ''does not allow her to sell to patients belonging to the competition'', SGE in this case. At first I did not really realise how deplorable this was, and I just left (without telling them how serious my situation was, as it was clear from the products reported in the prescription). However, once I stopped and reflected on what just happened, I really could not believe it. How can someone who needs medications be rejected because of competition-related reasons, also knowing to be one of the few providers available in that moment? I do not know whether this is a common practice in the Netherlands. What I know is that this is a true SHAME.

There was supposed to be medication for me yesterday, but I still don't have it. Very bad and when you call they only say it is in the machine.

It would be nice if the staff also put on a face mask

A very nice pharmacy! Help you where possible, yes sometimes you have to wait. So far it has been at every pharmacy. It is quiet in the morning and after noon. Very satisfied with the service and employees!
